I, the undersigned commercial vendor, do hereby fully release and hold harmless East Texas Crisis Center, Inc., its respective officers, directors, agents, and employees from any and all personal injuries or damages to any parties by reason of my acts or omissions, or the condition of the exhibit area at The East Texas Auto & Cycle Show. The preceding general release and agreement is given for, and in consideration of, my entry and participation in The East Texas Auto & Cycle Show on March 18th 2023 in Tyler, Texas.
